BBQ Bison Burger

Our bison burger recipe is a BBQ hit and features tasty local food products.


Cooking Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the bison with spices; mix well, divide into burger patties or 2 inch sliders.
  2. If time allows, refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the patties to firm up.
  3. Heat barbecue, cook sliders to desired level. We suggest medium – never well done.
  4. Brush BBQ Sauce on each, top with crumbled blue cheese, fresh arugula, and assemble sliders.
  5. Makes 5 burgers or 11 tasty sliders.
